1990's Dockers Double Pleated Chinos, 100% Cotton. 

Dockers is the sister company of Levis and was the more permanent expression of an earlier collection of casual leg wears launched in Japan with the same logo to express the collection. 

These chinos are in a heritage cut, featuring double pleats, a high rise, straight cut legs, a rear pocket with a flap and on seam pockets.
