Early 2000's Navy Wool and Cashmere Coat From Charles Tyrwhitt.

A wool and cashmere coat is a wardrobe must have. Not just for it's luxurious feel, but because it will add a touch o any outfit. Over a suit for work, or with a shirt and jeans if you're popping down the pub. 

This is labelled as a size 44, but for me I am a 40/42 and find this fits well and with space to wear a suit underneath.
