Made To Measure Tailoring London.

Book A Tailoring Consultation. Tasting Menu

Visit the showroom at 218 the Strand for a consultation on fabric, design and fit for made to measure tailoring and casual wear.

Most made to measure garments start with a fitting garment that allows for the fit to be initially contextualised, before defining changes that need to be made to make the garment fit your unique posture.

You can design a full wardrobe through as this service includes wool and cashmere knitwear, selvedge denim and casual jacketing. You can also commission a handsome suit for your wedding day, or simply update your whistle and flute for work. (That's Cockney rhyming slang for suit, by the way.)

All Alfie Evans Smith suits are offered semi or fully handmade.

Prices start from £1550.

How It Works:

1.) Initial Enquiry.

Fill out a contact form with details about what you are after, and there after we can arrange a first appointment to go through your request.

2.) First Appointment.

Your first appointment will be at the showroom at 218 the Strand, where we will look at fabric, discuss fit, specify the design and take measurements.

3.) Payment.

Payment will be taken in full up front and your garments are put into production which can take up to 8 weeks.

4.) Production.

We will pass your measurements and the specification for your garments onto our workshop who will spend up to 8 weeks crafting your garments by hand.

5.) First Fitting.

Your garments will arrive back and we will arrange a first fitting. At this stage we review the outcome and note any future changes, as well as making any necessary adjustments.

6.) Alterations.

If required, garments will be sent for alteration that usually take up to 1 week.

7.) Sign Off.

Once the alterations are complete we schedule a final fitting to check the fit once more, before signing your garments out so you can start wearing them.

8.) Order Again!

We keep measurements and designs on file, so if you are really thrilled and fancy another in a different colour, you can skip the intro and jump straight into talking fabrics!
